On May 29, on the eve of the International Children's Day, a tour for children took place in the Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theater within the interactive inclusive social children's project "Troitskyi National House – Sadovsky Theater – National Opera of Ukraine. Children and their parents learned about the ancient theater building, the first Ukrainian stationary theater, the repertoire of the modern theater and the opera itself, saw what is happening behind the scenes, observed the exposition of theatrical costumes and theatrical props, felt what is like being the actors on the chamber scene Stage_Lab, tried the icecream the Rud company that is a partner of social projects of the theater. And the bravest of them gave an interview for TV channel UA: Pershyi.
The meeting with the People's Artist of Ukraine Mykola Yukhimovich Butkovskyi was the “cherry on top” for the participants.
We are grateful to to the theater expert Kateryna Morozova for the interesting and informative tour, and to Olena Tsarenko – journalist and public figure for her participation in its organization.
