
On June 28, the team of the “United World Cultures Foundation” together with the organizers of the all-Ukrainian campaign "Shoulder to Shoulder" - the Volunteer Fund of Ukraine, the Assembly of Nationalities of Ukraine, the Carpathian Fund for the Arts, Street Workout Ukraine, the Fund for Assistance to Ukrainian Reforms - as well as public figures, athletes and students of 9-11 grades, climbed to the highest point of Ukraine, the highest peak of the Ukrainian Carpathians - Mount Goverla with height of 2,061 m, from the village Vernygorodok of Kozyatinsky district of Vinnytsia region.
The purpose of the "Shoulder to Shoulder" campaign is to demonstrate the unity and cohesion of the Ukrainian people in the pursuit of peace and a bright future.
As part of the campaign, its participants set a national record, raising and deploying the longest flag of Ukraine on Goverla. The length of the flag was 150 meters.
