On May 19, 2018 the director of the Foundation "United World Cultures Foundation" Elena Kobets and the program and project manager Ilona Knyshuk together with friends of the fund - the volunteers of the International public organization "Social harmony» - once again visited Bila Tserkva orphanage, where more than 170 children with special needs between the ages of 8 and 35 years old are raised(cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, epilepsy, mental and physical development disorders, moderate and severe mental retardation).

This visit made a great impression to children, each of the boys could choose the entertainment to their taste.

For sports fans, a football match took place between volunteers and children of the orphanage, where team of the orphanage won with a huge gap - 10:1.

The artistic direction attracted lovers of drawing and appliqués. Together with the volunteers, the children painted landscapes, created pictures on plates and sang songs to the guitar.

And connoisseurs of landscape design - had planted the lilac avenue with the UWCF employees, which harmoniously blended into the local landscape in continuing the action of the family-inclusive festival "Just Like Me". Lilac seedlings were once again conveyed by a good friend of foundation - Oksana Kolyada.

There are a lot of flower beds, flower gardens, fruit trees and even a mini-farm in orphanage.

The younger groups received as a gift toy cars and accessories for the sandbox, which were handed over by the employees of the agency Dentsu Aegis Network Ukraine.

After a series of activities, the staff of the orphanage invited children to dinner, and after all they were treated to sweets from the Foundation.

In conclusion, the guys and volunteers prepared a surprise - congratulation and cake for the birthday of volunteer Eugene, who decided to spend it among friends.

We will remember each trip, because the sincerity of these boys can’t remain indifferent, and their curiosity has forever in our hearts!
