Musical Spring

On March 11, 2017 in the city of Bakhmut of the Donetsk region, the regional review competition "Bahmut spring" was launched. Charitable Foundation "United World Cultures Foundation" helps students of the music school of the Avdiivka City Council to take part in this music talent competition.

The performers on folk instruments in 4 age categories started competitive marathon. The music school of the Avdiivka City Council delegated to this event a guitarist, laureate of competitions of various levels, a pupil of the 7th grade - Pavlo Semenyuta. Among the 32 nominees, the performance of our participant did not leave either the jury or listeners indifferent. The virtuoso performance of the "Sonata" by M. Giuliani and the "Spanish Capriccio" by Guillermo Kolosov caused a flurry of applause. And now, the laureate diploma for the first place is in Pavlo's hands!

Members of the jury, chaired by the director of the I. Karabitsa Bakhmut College of Arts Vyacheslav Parzhitsky, have also given the diploma to the teacher of the music school of the Avdiivka City Council - Olga Klimova, for training the competition laureate and for pedagogical skills.

The UWCF knows Pavel from the first trips to Avdiivka. Everyone in the city knows this boy. He is an orchestra man! The main instrument that Pavlo plays is the guitar, but the pianoforte and the flute sound right in the hands of this young talented musician. Congratulations to the winner! Conquer new peaks!
