Musical spring. New victories

On March 18, in the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, the second stage of the regional contest "Bakhmut Spring" was held. This time, young performers on stringed instruments showed their talents.

The Music School of the Avdiivka City Council, which is sponsored by the United World Cultures Foundation, sent its talented students to the contest again. And the result is obvious - the pupil of teacher Tatyana Posokhova and concertmaster Olga Maslyuk, a pupil of 5th grade Ivan Gorlachov took the first place among 25 contestants. Ivan masterfully performed "Etude Scherzo" by A. Schuser and "Bolero" of the Ukrainian composer, a graduate of the I. Karabitsa Bakhmut College of Arts, Nikolai Stetsyun. A young musician performed the last work for the first time in Ukraine.
