COVID-19 pandemic limited the representatives of «United World Cultures» foundation in visiting boarding schools and volunteers. They used to pay visit twice a month to their little friends from the municipal educational institution «Korostyshiv special general boarding schools» in Zhytomyr oblast.
The representatives of UWCF foundation along with detdom.info volunteers paid a visit to the children they missed so much. The pupils were eagerly waiting for them as well, so they can give them a hug and share some secrets.
Junior children were riding bike while high school children were trying out cycle track near the river. Let’s Improve Children’s Lives program implemented by UWCF donated tires for bicycles.
For prophylaxis and treatment of pediculosis Ukraine-wide action «Uninvited guests» of «United World Cultures» foundation and Sopharma AD office in Ukraine provided Higiya Active – hair masks and Higiya Project – spray, pharmaceutical company «Zaydex» provided analgesic and antispasmodic drug - Trygan-D for the medical department of the boarding school. The medical treatment is carried out by a doctor and nurses.
