International Photo Contest “Christmas in My City”

Date: December 2020 – February 2021

Charity Fund UWCF invited residents of different countries to share photographs with brief stories of their traditional celebration of New Year and Christmas, and then held the International Photo Contest “Christmas in My City”.

Photo and video entries from families with children under 10 and from 11 to 18 years old were accepted from December 19, 2020 to January 19, 2021.

The contest engaged children and their parents from three countries: Ukraine, Cyprus and Russia. When choosing the winners, the jury members took into account the content and quality of the photographs, as well as paid attention to the attached short stories which were to be interesting and relevant to the topic. In addition, subscribers to the UWCF’s Facebook profile selected the winner in the People’s Choice Award.

Submitted photos, video stories and video greetings from the contestants can be viewed at the links: PHOTO, VIDEO.
